The brain trust in Albany legalised marijuana and then issued a veritable handful of licences to “dispensaries.” So few licences were issued that smoke shops began selling cannabis without a licence. The politicians then commenced whining about the grey market that they created. Meanwhile, people are dying from smoking fentanyl laced weed and New York farmers are struggling to sell their crops. And course the political geniuses who created this mess are always moaning about lack of funds despite taxing workingclass people to death. The solution is obvious: shit or get off the pot.
